It’s looking like the frigid weather is just about behind us for the next several weeks, which means we can get outside more to enjoy all this snow!
I know many of us are longing for Spring and itching to get out on the biking trails again, but it’s not all that bad. The current conditions make for great winter crosstraining activities, like snowshoeing and cross country skiing. In fact, the very trails that we ride in the Durham Forest area offer great opportunity for both these activities.

COME TRY SNOWSHOEING THIS SATURDAY!
We’re heading out for a Durham Forest snowshoe this Saturday at 9am and I would like to offer AN INTRO TO SHOWSHOEING to the first 5 people who respond – snowshoes provided! We’ll reveiw some snowshoeing techniques, explore the off-trail terrain and check out where some of our BikeNXS snowshoe crosstraining happens! If interest is greater, we’ll get another outing on the calendar! Just email me if interested: firstname.lastname@example.org.
I hope everyone has been staying warm!
